SmartPurge II

The SmartPurge II system from Expo is designed to change the pressurized enclosure internals from a Zone 1 area into a safe area. This system is designed in accordance with European and International standards and is certified by IECEx and ATEX. This system uses a compressed air or inert gas to purge out the hazardous gases and maintain the positive pressure that is needed in an enclosure in order to keep those gases from returning. This unit has 2 pole, 6A AC1 at 250V or 5Amps DC1, at 30V for power switching in addtion to alarm switching. The SmartPurge II units are fully automatic; they have timers and control signals that will apply and disengage power based upon the conditions reported by the purge system.
