Installation
The correct method of installation of Expo products is well documented for the customer to perform this task if so desired. Alternatively Expo can provide an experienced installation service.
Commissioning
Expo products are relatively simple to operate. However it may prove advantageous to employ the experience of an Expo commissioning engineer to establish and confirm the working parameters of the equipment when it is first installed.
Scheduled Servicing = Maintenance / Calibration / Function tests
With hazardous area products it is important to ensure continued compliance to the requirements of the issued certification. Scheduled servicing is the appropriate way to ensure continued compliance.
Repair Services at the customer’s location
As with scheduled servicing of apparatus, Expo provides experienced on site repair services. All service work is fully documented.
Repair services at Expo factory
When appropriate Expo products may be returned to the factory base for repair. The usual procedural criteria are in place.
