We are excited to share a significant development in the Middle East. To address the challenges of locating, supporting, and maintaining Expo equipment, we have partnered with Proserv, a global controls technology company specialising in oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and heavy engineering industries.
This partnership initially covers the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand regionally based on mutual performance. Proserv brings CompEx-trained engineers, many already working in Expo customer facilities, and offers operating bases in Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Dammam. This step forward enables us to hold replacement components and systems locally, with capabilities for testing, servicing, and repairs.
Moving beyond a traditional trading model, this collaboration supports the shift from reactive to proactive maintenance, addressing customer demands more effectively. We look forward to delivering enhanced support and service to our Gulf region customers through this strategic partnership.
